Thomas Negovan - The Divine Nightmare Glow-in-the-Dark Vinyl Record

Vinyl Record

Limited edition of 300

Recorded without electricity! 10" vinyl translucent green, glow-in-the-dark record featuring two wax cylinder singles: Thomas Negovan's macabre, blues-inspired version of Alice Cooper's "Welcome to My Nightmare" as well as an alternate recording of Negovan's debut single "The Divine Eye" from his album "By Popular Demand". Each record includes a hand cut, hand silkscreened "Grand Guignol" eye socket cover which has been individually spattered with "blood".

Recorded directly to wax cylinder on a Thomas Edison machine, transferred to tape, and then to vinyl: no digital steps.  This is pure analog music using the very first effective professional recording technique ever utilized- a method dating from the 1880s.
